I was a first time runner and this was my longest run and I thoroughly enjoyed myself

There wasn't enough toilets which caused a long waiting time.

I love this event! A female only event, for old and young, for such a worthy charity. They create a wonderful atmosphere before and after the event, especially with the offer of cakes afterwards! Such a reward! The track is runner friendly (flat), pebbles are swept and the volunteers are super helpful and friendly.
Well done, I find it such a great event!

This is the second time I've done this run and I think the organisation is great. The level of competitors is spot on, not too busy, the atmosphere is always so positive and it's a really welcoming run for beginners too. Love it. Thank you. Would recommend to all

Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, brilliant warm up. Great to have markers for each km. Water at half way point was welcome and cake stand at the end was just fabulous. A thoroughly enjoyable and well run event. And the scenery was incredible! I would definitely run this again, it was perfect.

Lovely run with a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Allows all categories of runners to have a lovely morning and raise money for a great cause.

Great atmosphere, warm friendly marshals etc. Lovely participants too lots of cheering each other on. Nice one! Loved the idea of a prize for the last one across the finish line…made the whole event feel more accessible. Thank you RISE.
