love this event, it was my 6th year running for RISE and its become my annual tradition. love the location, atmosphere and distance is justvright.
I’m really not bothered about having a goodie bag, would rather the money went to the charity instead. Cake, a banana and a medal are enough for me!

This is by far the best run I have participated in! Such a good vibe, good spirits all along the under cliff and what amazing gifts and treats to come over the finish line to. Will definitely be doing this again next year!!!

Great warm up and drumming along the route, great atmosphere, friendly and flat.
Impressed the organisers managed to get the sun out and the seals watching us from the sea as we ran.
