The run was really well organised; lots of volunteers to help; clear instructions; fantastic atmosphere in part because of the wonderful bands along the route. We were a group of 8 beginners, some of us ran some walked and we all had a fantastic day and enjoyed being part of an event to promote such an important charity.

Need more toilets for a women's event.

This event is fabulous as it's so inclusive. It's more of a friendly run than a race although it is chip timed. Most of the women taking part were not focused on the finish line, it was more about the experience and sharing it with others. My only criticism would be that we could have done with a few more toilets as the queue pre-race, was very long.

I would like to see more bands/music.
The first year I did this 2023 we had I think 2 bands and a choir.

Everyone was really friendly and it was really well organised. It was great to see so many young people helping out, too. Route was really clear, completely flat and lots of supporters.

A very well organised event, the best out of the four races I have done having only been running a year. Great feel good atmosphere, all volunteers were friendly, smiley and efficient.
Very sweet young girl nearest the beach who handed me my medal told me congratulations and I was really rather good at running! Very sweet and kind thing to say!
